General Information for Volume Editors of Conference Proceedings



Conference Proceedings Proposal


In order to submit a proposal, you simply need to fill out the form with the necessary details and submit it to admissions@europeanproceedings.com


Your proposal will be evaluated based on suitability of scope and quality criteria as set out in European Proceedings. 

You will be informed of the decision via the email address provided in the form once the evaluation process is complete which would be within a week to ten days from the date the form was submitted.

Responsibilities of the Volume Editor


After your conference proceedings have been accepted for publication, please read the Volume Editor Guidelines to find out your tasks in detail and ensure smooth running of the publication process.


Announcing Publication Agreement


Once agreement has been signed, please feel free to announce the publication agreement with EP in your event’s website, and social media accounts.


Guiding Authors Through Preparing Their Manuscript


As a volume editor it is your responsibility to guide the authors and ensure that the submitted manuscripts have been formatted and prepared according to the Manuscript Preparation Guidance.

Ep Manuscript Templates and Copyright Form & Conflict of Interest Disclaimer are accessible through the its own page for each EP Series. The author/corresponding author must submit the Copyright Form & Conflict of Interest Disclaimer together with the manuscript to the volume editor. The manuscript will not be processed if these documents are not submitted. 

Before submitting the manuscript, it is strongly recommended that authors refer to the Manuscript Preparation Guidance and Submission Checklist to ensure that the manuscript has been formatted and prepared according to the guidelines.

Preparing Ancillary Content


It is the task of the volume editor to write a preface and prepare the organization pages. Please see the Editor Guidelines for details.


Sending the Files


Please read the appropriate section in Volume Editor Guidelines carefully and follow the steps while sending all the requested files.


Technical Check Process


Our production editors will be checking the submitted content and guiding you throughout the process in order to make sure the basic publishing standards are met. It is important to cooperate with our internal editors to ensure smoothly and timely publication.
