Pre-School Child’s School Diary from the Lens of a Professional Educator: Case of Preparatory Education in Chouhada Hamoum Public School in Algeria

Acquisition of a rich vocabulary, is able to distinguish all letters from the home.Yanis is conscious that at the age of six, he will go to an upper level; that is the first year primary education.Yanis now understands that school is not for playing but for learning. Acquisition of Arabic is facilitated.We attained some level of autonomy in children (They can do things alone).Children are ready for the school, better organized.Children are manageable better than in the beginning.With pre-schooling, children will follow better in the future.Pre-schooling is a mixture of learning and playing.Teacher is more autonomous in pre-school than in other stages of primary education (no time limitation). By the end of the year, there is more understanding of Arabic.Children are ready for primary education.Better organization in the children.Pre-schooling is a mixture of learning and playing.I have not followed the textbook blindly but initiated further letters.
